Roger Tallon - Design in motion
Considered as one of the pioneer of the French industrial design, Roger Tallon acquired his fame thanks to numerous works, whom today are still a big part of the French patrimony.
Whether it is with the Funicular of Montmartre or with the SNCF by creating the drawings of the TGV and Eurostar coach, Roger Tallon has undoubtedly influenced his time: his ambition was to conceive objects and spaces thought in order to accompany the evolutions of way of living.
The Museum of Decorative Arts offers a retrospective retracing 60 years of career, both in France and abroad, by gathering drawings, objects or models of the designer, which he all donated to the museum back in 2008.
