Harry Callahan : French Archives
The MEP highlights, through a famous american photographer's eyes, France in the 50's, showing the "picturesque" of a small French town called Aix en Provence.
Harry Callahan continues to revisit its work and improves its graphics obsessions. In most of the pictures, he adds his signature with the constant presence of Eleanor, his wife.
Callahan is interested in the streets of the city, sunny even in winter, the ideal stage for his research on light and shadow and graphic.
