Le Palais de Tokyo presents David Ryan & Jérôme Joy
The artists Jérôme Joy and David Ryan question the reality of the world with the poetic licence that has characterized their approach since their first collaboration, back in the early 1980’s.
Through drawing, video or sound and musical creation, both artists combine autobiographical and fictional elements to explore the notion of coexistence. The narrative they develop tells the birth of the clover hunter, a character navigating between fiction and reality.
Thanks to this exhibition, the limits of the visible and the invisible are explored to show the possible coexistence of different worlds.
