After Chtchoukine, Paris hosts a new blockbuster Modern art's : Collection Ishibashi fundation of the Bridgestone Museum at the Musée de l'Orangerie
The Ishibashi family, a major Japanese industrial dynasty, has built up a collection of art's works over three generations; paintings of Van Gogh, Monet, Renoir, Caillebotte, Cezanne, Matisse, Picasso, Pollock and Shiraga.
The exhibition highlights the private passion of rich's Japaneses for European art, which became a public collection with the opening of the Bridgestone Museum of Art.
